How to use
You Will Need:
- 1/3 lb Green Prawns
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
- 1/2 Carrot, shredded
- 1/2 Onion, Sliced
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
In The Pack:
- Pad Thai Sauce
- Crushed Peanut & Fried Shallot Pack
- Ready to use Pad Thai Noodles
PREP: Rinse noodles thoroughly in warm water, drain and set aside. Slice your choice of meat and vegetables and set aside.
SEAR: Add meat or seafood to a hot and well-oiled wok and fry for 1 minute or until well seared. Add sliced onion and fry for a further minute. Push ingredients aside and add the egg, allow to firm before mixing together.
TOSS: Add prepared noodles with remaining vegetables and toss through. Add Pad Thai Sauce and stir through until well mixed and meat is fully cooked. Sprinkle with Crushed Peanut & Fried Shallot and serve immediately.
CHEF’S TIP: Use 1/3 lb of Tofu to create a meat free dish. Garnish with a lime wedge and dried crushed chili.
