Pad Thai Noodle Kit

Cooking Suggestions:

1. PREP: Rinse noodles thoroughly in warm water, drain and set aside. Slice your choice of meat and vegetables and set aside.

2. SEAR: Add meat or seafood to a hot and well-oiled wok and fry for 1 minute or until well seared. Add sliced onion and fry for a further minute. Push ingredients aside and add the egg, allow to firm before mixing together.

3. TOSS: Add prepared noodles with remaining vegetables and toss through. Add Pad Thai Sauce and stir through until well mixed and meat is fully cooked. Sprinkle with Crushed Peanut & Fried Shallot and serve immediately.
