Ingredients

1 x 7oz Tangy Mustard Carolina Style BBQ seasoning and sauce

3 lb chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats, wing tips removed

Mayonnaise and lime wedges to serve

Method

Preheat oven 400°F. Sprinkle Carolina Style BBQ seasoning sachet over chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

Place chicken wings onto a lined sheet tray in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes.

Brush wings with half the finishing sauce and turn over. Cook a further 15-20 minutes or until wings are sticky, golden and cooked through.

Serve immediately with remaining sauce, mayonnaise and lime wedges.

Tips:

If buying already trimmed chicken wings, purchase only 2 lb.
