Cucumber Raita Recipe
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Mint, Chopped
1/4 Cucumber, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
In a bowl, place greek yoghurt, chopped mint, and chopped cucumber.
Heat olive oil in a pot and add mustard seeds. After they have popped, spoon the seeds into the bowl with the yoghurt, mint and cucumber.
Stir to combine and serve with curry.
