Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken

Drawing on this philosophy we have created a sauce that dances from its warming heat to the aromatically fresh flavor of lemongrass and invites your senses to savor the other essentials which are woven in between. All we ask is you take time to create a meal worthy of your enjoyment and cook with joy.
How to use
You Will Need:
- 1.3 lb Diced Chicken
- 1 Small Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 Cups Jasmine Rice
In The Pack:
- Vietnamese Lemongrass Sauce
- Lemongrass & Garlic Paste
- Lemongrass Spice Pack
COAT: Mix Lemongrass & Garlic Paste through diced chicken and set aside.
SEAR: Flash fry spices from the pack in hot and well-oiled medium size wok for 5 seconds. Add chicken and fry for 3 minutes or until well seared. Add vegetables and fry for a further 2 minutes.
SIMMER: Add cooking sauce to wok, stir contents, reduce heat to low and simmer until meat is fully cooked (approx. 5 – 10 minutes). Serve immediately on a bed of Jasmine rice.
CHEF’S TIP: Replace chicken with a firm tofu for a delicious meat free alternative. Equally tasty when cooked with shrimp or a mix of your favorite seafood.
