another throughout history, eventually landing on US shores. Each country has its own rendition, based on zesty lemon, garlic and flaming chili. Our recipe is a delicious combination of global flavors with its own Texan regional flare.

How to use
You Will Need:
- 1 Whole Chicken
In The Pack:
- 1 x Sachet Seasoning
- 1 x Pouch Finishing Sauce
Season & Cook:
Pre-heat BBQ at 450°F
Cut open a whole chicken in half [butterfly]
Add a thin layer of oil all over the meat and sprinkle Street Kitchen Peri Peri BBQ Seasoning over the chicken
Cook on a BBQ for 1 hour
Reduce heat to 300°F and continue cooking for 1 hour
Sauce: Spread half of the Street Kitchen Peri Peri Sauce 1 minute before the chicken is finished cooking
Finish: Serve it covered with the remaining sauce
Use a brush when basting the Street Kitchen Peri Peri Sauce to achieve the best coverage. Add salted wedges and charred lemon halves for the real Portuguese Peri Peri experience.
