Peanut Sauce Spring Roll
Overview
Create fresh Vietnamese spring rolls full of flavor & crunch. Kit contains Rice Paper Sheets, Rice Vermicelli Noodles, and Peanut
Dipping Sauce. Just add your choice of meat & vegetables.
Makes 6 Delicious Spring Rolls.
How to use
You Will Need:
YOU WILL NEED
• 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
• 11/2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
• 21/2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
In The Pack:
• Rice Vermicelli Noodles
• Rice Paper Sheets
• Peanut Dipping Sauce
Cooking Suggestions:
HEAT pot of water until boiling, Soak noodles for 5-10 minutes in boiling water. When soft, drain and set aside.
PLACE rice paper sheets in 2 inches of warm water for 10 seconds or until slightly soft and pliable.
EVENLY distribute shrimp, herbs, noodles, and vegetables in center of each rice paper sheet. fold each side of sheet inward, then tightly roll sheet beginning to end. Serve with dipping sauce.
Try creating combos with pork & chicken, or using seasoned meat
– or skip the meat entirely and enjoy fresh veggie spring rolls.
